Area Construction Update:
On November 10th the Board of Directors held the Annual Board Meeting. Dan McCrea, obtained information from the Allen County Plan Commission on future developments in the area. Here are some of the highlights:

Leo Road Shoppes – Mayhew and Old Leo Road (south of Marathon Gas station along the east side of Mayhew Road) Primary plans, which were approved March 2015, include a gas station, auto repair, and future retail.
Dupont Road widening between Coldwater and Lima Roads is scheduled for 2016.
Parkview Cancer Care Center – Currently going through the Plan Commission Process for primary development plan. This facility is planned to be built south of the main Parkview building.
Mike’s Carwash is waiting for the Diebold expansion to be finished before building.
