2018 Annual Board Meeting

Call to Order – Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.

President Introduction – Keith introduced the current Board Members:

Secretary’s Report – Andra Kosmoski presented the Minutes from the 2017 Annual Meeting.

Treasurer’s Report – Susan Diller presented the bank balance, the 2018 Actual Budget, and the
2019 proposed Budget. The 2019 Budget was voted on and approved.

Discussion Items:

• Restrictive Protections and Covenants Revisions & Survey
• Common Area Repairs and Improvements
• Street Lights
• Common Issues

Board Members and Officers for 2019

The current Board members agreed to continue to serve in their current positions. A vote
approved this decision.
