2021 Winter Dupont Area Development Updates

We received information from the Allen County Plan Commission regarding new developments in our area.

Meijer: SE Corner of Dupont and Diebold Roads – Under Contruction. A stop light is being installed at our Dupont Oaks Blvd. entrance on Dupont Road.

Dupont Hospitality (west of AMC Theater) – 2 Hotels and future retail space. Developer continues to go through permitting process.

Copper Horse – Attached single family development – 57 units. South of Cedar Springs, North and East of Oak Crossing – under construction.

Kroger – property to the North and West of Walgreens (Dupont / Tonkel). Kroger still owns property, but no permits or updated plans have been filed.

Wood Creek Development – South side of North Clinton, West of Mayhew. Townhomes at Wood Creek – 15 Unit Townhomes.

Eagle Rock – single family residential subdivision. North side of Union Chapel, East of Tonkel Road – construction underway.

Saxon Partners – 264 unit multiple family residential development. East side of Diebold Road, just South of Retina Institute of Indiana.

Saxon Partners – 344 unit multiple family residential development. East side of Diebold Road, on the South side of Norarrow Drive, North of Park Place.

Diebold Learning Center – two building professional office / child care center development. East side of Diebold Road, South of Centennial Highlands Apartments ??

Providence Place – East side of Diebold Road. North of Redwood of Fort Wayne and Lincolnshire Place, South of Union Chapel Road. Permit filed for Restaurant / Event Center / Winery.

Dupont Commons Senior Living and Residential project proposed for property east of Dupont Oaks Blvd. (behind First Source Bank and Mocha Lounge) – contruction was to begin in 2021 – not progress so far.
